Fees

Presidio ADR charges a flat fee of $18,000 for each full day of mediation. The rate for a half-day mediation is $10,000. This fee includes preparation, session, and follow-up time. For private full-day mediations, it also includes as many as three follow-up mediations at no additional charge.

The mediation fee for a particular day of mediation is fully refundable until 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled date.

Presidio ADR does not charge for travel time, but will invoice the parties for travel expenses for live mediations outside California and New York.
